If you don’t want to go through all the details of my tests below, that’s fine, the short of it is this … I got these messages out my stream by uninstalling everything on the desktop related to the blackberry and marking the selection for just Internet Email and leaving BES (Blackberry Enterprise Server) alone.

I did the update last night and I’ve been happy so far with the process, which went off without a hitch, and the visible adjustments to make the already great BB experience look good, are even better.
This is an upgrade from version 4.2.0.62 to 4.2.1.107. Get the numbers from your BB at Menu | Options | About.
A few of the changes, for me at least, that impact me, will be reviewed here.
